Roger Skidmore
Dr. Skidmore previously co-founded Wireless Valley Communications alongside Dr. Ted Rappaport. Wireless Valley was a pioneering software company for the design, deployment, and management of wireless networks, and was successfully acquired by Motorola, Inc. After numerous adventures within Motorola and ATT, he was most recently CEO of EDX Wireless before spinning out EDX Technologies. Dr. Skidmore has over 90 awarded and pending patents. He received his bachelors, masters, and doctoral degrees from the University of Virginia Tech.
Keith Bray
Mr. Bray has more than 20 years experience growing and leading engineering and product teams. He initially joined Roger's successful startup, Wireless Valley, as employee number five. Most recently Mr. Bray was VP of Platform Operations for Ticketmaster North America, a top 10 e-commerce site. Prior to that he was Director of Engineering for Rackspace public/private cloud platforms and the OpenStack Innovation Center, a joint partnership between Intel and Rackspace. Mr. Bray received a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia Tech and holds an MBA from The University of Texas, at Austin.

Jim Welch
Mr. Welch has held numerous executive roles, including GM and SVP of Global Enterprise Field Operations for Motorola Solutions. He is currently President, Nexgen Packaging, LLC. Previously, Mr. Welch led the growth of two startup companies to successful acquisition, including Metrowerks (CFO/CEO) and Wireless Valley (CEO and Member, Board of Directors). Mr. Welch holds a Bachelor of Business Adminstration (B.B.A.), Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin.
Andrew Baffes
Mr. Baffes is Vice President and Co-Founder of EGS Technologies Corporation, a consulting firm providing geographic data support and consulting services to the mobile telecommunications industry. Before his more than two decades of service to EGS, Baffes founded MapTech Incorporated and was GIS Manager for North America of Mobile Systems International. Previous to his work in the mobile telecommunications industry, Baffes served in sales and production roles for ERDAS, a preeminent software company in the GIS and Remote Sensing industry. Mr. Baffes holds a bachelors of science degree from the University of Illinois - Urbana/Champaign. His masters thesis research at the University of South Carolina focused on improving accuracy of forest classification from satellite imagery using non-parametric Bayesian statistical classifiers.
